  • Kayaking is an activity chosen by those who want to explore the largest lake in the Balkans independently. A two-hour kayaking trip is ideal for those who don't want to spend the whole day on the lake but still want to experience its charms. Upon arrival, guests receive all the necessary information and instructions. The tour begins with paddling through a river channel surrounded by water lilies and reeds. As you kayak, enjoy observing various birds, as Lake Skadar is home to 280 different species. Admire numerous birds, including cormorants, seagulls, herons, ducks... If you're lucky, you may even see pelicans, which are a symbol of the lake. Enjoy the natural beauty at your own pace. What particularly delights visitors is the narrow channel surrounded by reeds and a field of water lilies. This is a favorite spot for beautiful souvenir photos from Lake Skadar. For those who want to cool off during the ride, we recommend swimming in the open lake. Important! Although the tour is stated to last 2 hours, you can stay for less. There is only a written guide for this tour. After receiving instructions from the host, guests embark on the adventure on their own. Minimum number of people for one kayak: 2 During the tourist season, there is heavy traffic on Montenegrin roads, and parking in Virpazar is limited. Therefore, we recommend planning your arrival in Virpazar at least 30 minutes before the start of the tour.
