- During your visit to the Delević household with our Sanja, you will have the opportunity to master the preparation of traditional nettle starch. The process has remained unchanged for the past 100 years, allowing you to learn how it was done in the past. This dish is prepared using traditional products from the estate and homemade products from surrounding farms. Mountain cuisine is characterized by the fact that life in the mountains was impoverished, which spurred creativity in cooking and reliance on a variety of "wild" ingredients that were gathered from forests and meadows rather than cultivated. This tradition continues in rural areas to this day. Take home an unforgettable experience and an original recipe.
