  • A leisurely two-hour tour. Cetinje, as the old capital of Montenegro, has much to offer. This easy tour provides just a glimpse, but enough to feel the charm and beauty of old Montenegro. The tour starts in front of Ćipur, King Nikola's small court church, in the historic center of Cetinje. We will visit the Cetinje Monastery, a sacred place housing the relics of St. Peter of Cetinje, the hand of St. John the Baptist, and a piece of the Holy Cross. Next, we will visit Biljarda, the former residence of Njegoš, which houses the first billiard table in Montenegro, giving the building its name. Then, we will tour King Nikola's Palace, which exhibits tens of thousands of historical artifacts. Finally, we will take you to taste Montenegrin national specialties, such as wine from local Cetinje wineries, Njeguški pršut, Njeguški cheese, which is considered one of the best cheeses in the world, Montenegrin priganice, and honey from the surrounding villages of Cetinje.
