The Nudole wine tradition guarantees the freshness and power of Montenegrin wines. Enjoy tasting three types of wine: 1. White Nudole Žilavka, enchanting with its freshness and aroma, 2. Orange Tijesak, a full-bodied wine with a rich flavor, 3. Red wine Serdar Nudolski, with aromas of forest fruits and chocolate.

  • The centuries-old tradition of winemaking in Nudol, dedication, and love for viticulture and winemaking guarantee that you will feel the freshness and power of Montenegro in our wines, mixed with the murmur of the Zaslapnica river and the scent of mountain flowers and medicinal herbs. You will experience all the benefits of our hospitality, of which we are proud. Wine tasting involves sampling three types of wine: 1. White Nudolska Žilavka, a premium white wine made from the Žilavka grape variety grown in Nudol at 437 meters above sea level in the smallest wine region in Europe. The unique terroir where palms and pines kiss, bathed by the endlessly clear Zaslapnica river near the warm Adriatic Sea, embraced by high mountains protecting them from winds and snow, makes the Nudol valley unique. Such natural power also characterizes Nudolska Žilavka, a wine of exceptional freshness and aroma, winner of numerous prestigious awards at home and abroad. 2. Orange wine "Tijesak" is named after the micro-location where it is produced in the smallest wine region of Nudo. It is made from white grape varieties with prolonged berry maceration and long aging (eight years). The wine is full-bodied, with a pronounced texture and structure, as well as enhanced taste, aroma, and color. 3. Red wine Serdar Nudolski, made from the indigenous wine variety Vranac. The wine is exceptionally fresh with aromas of forest fruits and chocolate, with a note acquired by aging in barrels of French oak.
