Overview
Dabović Winery, located in Europe's smallest wine region - Nudo, offers an authentic tasting experience. Visitors are welcomed in the winery's parking lot with rakija, doughnuts, and honey, followed by a tour of the cellar where they learn about the product assortment, production methods, and the history and culture of the winery. A visit to the vineyards and a session in the traditionally decorated tasting room are included, where meals produced locally are paired with three types of wines: Žilavka white wine, an orange wine, and the "Serdar Nudolski" red wine. The tasting concludes with a selection of various types of rakija and liqueurs produced by the winery.

- The wines of Dabović Winery come from the smallest wine region in Europe - Nudo. When you taste our wines, wherever you are, they will transport you to the epic landscapes of Montenegro's high rocky hills and fertile green fields. You will hear the murmuring of the fast, clear, and endlessly blue Zaslapnica River and feel the winds colliding above Nudola, howling from the Adriatic Sea and Orjen. If you surrender to these winds for even a moment, you will sense the aromas of wormwood, Mediterranean herbs, fruits, and flowers, dry stone, and sea salt. If you fully embrace these winds, they will surely lead you one day to our Dabović Winery, where you will finally hear and understand their story completely. In our cellars and tasting room, traditionally decorated with stone and wood, we organize tastings, social gatherings, and various types of celebrations. The tasting includes: - Arrival at the winery parking where we welcome you with a glass of rakija, doughnuts, and honey; - A tour of the cellar, getting acquainted with our product range. We discuss the production methods, history, tradition, and culture; - A view of the vineyard part in front of the Winery; Then we move to our tasting room where, along with food produced on our farm or local farms, prepared in a traditional way, you will taste our three wines: 1. A white wine made from the Žilavka variety, (we are the only winery in Montenegro that cultivates this grape variety, named "Nudolska Žilavka"). 2. An orange wine from the same grape variety, and 3. A red wine "Serdar Nudolski", made from the Vranac variety. After the wine tasting, we will enable you to taste our brandies: Grape brandy "Kum", Plum brandy, Quince, Apple, Pear, Honey brandy, Nudolski dukat, Srčanik, Gentian, Nettle, Rose brandy, as well as liqueurs from Cornelian cherry, Sour cherry, Aronia, and Raspberry.
