Overview

Upon reaching the Štavna plateau, you'll immediately notice the striking Kom Vasojevićki peak. The trail begins at Štavna and continues through grassy and rocky terrain, reaching Verin Pass (2,200 m) after about 2.5 hours, where you can see the Albanian Prokletije range and Maja Jezerce peak. The hike, suitable for beginners, concludes at the summit, offering breathtaking views of Montenegro's mountains.

When you arrive at the expansive Štavna plateau, your attention will immediately be drawn to the imposing peak on the left – that's Kom Vasojevićki. From the summit of Kom Vasojevićki, you are rewarded with breathtaking panoramas. The trail begins on the Štavna plateau, on the northern side below the rocky massif. It continues through grassy and rocky terrain. After about 2.5 hours of ascent, we will pause at the beautiful Verin Pass (2,200 m), offering views of the border mountains of Albania, especially the Prokletije range and its highest peak, Maja Jezerce (2,694 m), which dominates the area. From there, the trail continues to the summit, where you will soon enjoy the most impressive and incredible scenery – the view from the top is simply irresistible, showcasing most of Montenegro's mountains. The hike is suitable for beginners. Note: Suitable for children accompanied by a parent or guardian.
