- Explore the wild beauty of Lake Skadar during our two-hour guided boat tour. Enjoy bird watching, sip local wine, and refresh with a swim in the lake. Admire the carpet of water lilies. Start your cruise in Virpazar - a small town located in the heart of Lake Skadar. We cruise along a small river channel surrounded by reeds and willows. During the cruise, we circle around islands protected by UNESCO. After exiting the first river, we reach the open lake as the boat heads towards the peninsula and the 18th-century Lesendro fortress. Meanwhile, enjoy incredible views of the peninsula and the fishing village of Vranjina. This tour includes sailing on the Morača River, passing by a bird reserve, and cruising around several small islands surrounded by a carpet of lotus flowers, which, along with the narrow reed channel, is a favorite part of the tour among visitors and a perfect spot for photography. There is also a short break for swimming in the open lake, after which you can enjoy a refreshing drink (water, juice, local wine) on the boat. Finally, return to the starting point where the cruise ends. Note: During the tourist season, Montenegrin roads are very busy, and parking in Virpazar is limited. Therefore, we recommend planning your arrival in Virpazar at least 30 minutes before the boat tour starts.
