- Zminičko Lake is named after the place of Zminice, where this natural gem is located. The lake, which receives its water from the spring melting of abundant snow from the surrounding mountains, is nestled in a cove surrounded by coniferous forests, whose trees are reflected in the calm waters, giving it a color that is hard to see anywhere else. Although not within the National Park zone, the beauty of these two Durmitor lakes, Riblje and Vražje, that leaves visitors mesmerised, no matter where they come from. Positioned next to each other, with beautiful scenery surrounding them and rich historical heritage in the immediate vicinity, they are jewels worth visiting.
