Via Ferrata Uvita Greda is located near the Sedlo Pass at 1,907 m. The ferrata is around 400 m long with an elevation gain of 230 m and is rated as moderately difficult (B/C). Along the route, there are two benches with beautiful views of Sedlo and Stožina. From the top of Uvita Greda, hikers can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Durmitor range. This is the highest via ferrata in the region and one of the highest in Europe. Note: Suitable for children aged 10 and above.

  • Uvita Greda is located right next to the road that crosses the Sedlo Pass at 1,907 meters above sea level. From the parking area, it takes about ten minutes on foot to reach the start of the via ferrata. The ferrata is approximately 400 meters long with an elevation gain of 230 meters, and it is classified as moderately difficult – grade B/C. Along the route, there are two benches offering stunning views of the Sedlo Pass and Stožina peak. From the top of the ferrata — the summit of Uvita Greda — you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Durmitor massif: Šljeme (2,455 m), Bobotov Kuk (2,523 m), Bezimeni Vrh (2,487 m), Prutaš (2,393 m), Terzin Bogaz (2,303 m), Zupci (2,309 m), Sedlena Greda (2,227 m), and Šareni Pasovi (2,248 m). This via ferrata is built at the highest elevation of any via ferrata in the surrounding countries and is also one of the highest in Europe. Note: Suitable for children aged 10 and above.
