In this interactive session, you’ll learn the secrets of preparing homemade dough, from kneading to stretching, and creating various delicious fillings. We’ll start with the basics: flour, water, salt, and oil, to make the perfect elastic dough. Then comes the exciting part—hand-stretching the dough into thin, transparent layers, ready for filling. In this class, we’ll prepare a cheese pie (sirnica)—creamy and rich, combining homemade cheese and eggs. Each pie will be shaped in traditional styles, letting you explore rolled and spiral forms. Once baked, enjoy a tasting session with homemade yogurt, a perfect pairing for the rich flavors of the pies. This class is open to everyone, regardless of cooking experience, and is designed to let you enjoy the preparation and tasting of one of the Balkans' most beloved dishes.
