  • We invite you to a unique culinary experience—a cooking class where you’ll master the art of making traditional potato pies. During this interactive session, you’ll learn the secrets of preparing homemade pastry, from kneading and stretching the dough to creating a variety of delicious fillings. We’ll start with the basics: flour, water, salt, and oil, to craft the perfect elastic dough for our pastry sheets. Then comes the most exciting part—hand-stretching the dough. Guided by experts, you’ll learn to stretch it into thin, transparent sheets, ready for filling. In this class, we’ll prepare a rich and mildly spiced potato pie (krompiruša). Each pie will be shaped in traditional styles, letting you explore rolled and spiral pie forms. Once baked, you’ll enjoy a tasting session with homemade yogurt, perfectly complementing the savory flavors of the pies. This class is designed for everyone, regardless of cooking experience, with the goal of enjoying the preparation and tasting of one of the Balkans’ most beloved dishes.
