  • Join us for a unique culinary experience—a cooking class where you’ll learn to make traditional Balkan pies with cheese (sirnica), meat (burek), and potato (krompiruša). In this interactive session, you’ll master the art of preparing dough from scratch, hand-stretching it into thin, transparent layers, and creating delicious fillings. We’ll start with basic ingredients like flour, water, salt, and oil to create the perfect dough, then move on to the highlight—hand-stretching the pastry. In this class, we’ll prepare: Cheese Pie (Sirnica) – creamy and rich, with a blend of cheese and eggs. Meat Burek – a favorite pie filled with juicy, seasoned minced meat. Potato Pie (Krompiruša) – hearty and flavorful with seasoned potatoes. Each pie will be shaped in traditional styles, from rolled to spiral forms. After baking, we’ll enjoy a tasting session with homemade yogurt, perfectly complementing the rich flavors of each pie. This class is open to everyone and offers a delicious introduction to the Balkans’ beloved culinary traditions.
