We’ll start with the basics: flour, water, salt, and oil, creating the perfect elastic dough for our pastry sheets. Then comes the highlight—hand-stretching the dough to create thin, transparent layers, ready for filling. Join us to learn the skill of making traditional meat pies (burek). Burek with meat—a beloved pie with juicy minced meat, seasoned simply yet flavorfully. Each pie will be shaped in traditional styles, letting you explore rolled and spiral forms. Once baked, we’ll enjoy a tasting session with homemade yogurt, perfectly paired with the rich flavors of the pies.
